Dr. Shireen Guide, MD, FAAD

Dr. Guide has authored numerous journal publications related to her research, as well as several chapters in prominent textbooks, including Fitzpatrick's Dermatology in General Medicine 2003 (6th Edition) and the Clinics of North America series.  In addition, she has contributed to annual publications of the Dermatology Yearbook and continues  to review articles for pediatric dermatology journals.  She has presented at several conferences including the American Academy of Dermatology and San Diego's 2011 Pediatric Dermatology for the Practitioner.  She also serves as an expert witness for the California medical board and Cooperative of American Physicians.  Over the years, Dr. Guide has given back to the community through free melanoma and skin cancer screenings, recognized by the American Academy of Dermatology.  She has also volunteered as a translator for the Smithsonian, and as a camp counselor for children with skin diseases.


In her free time, Dr. Guide instills the importance of sun protection in her husband and three children. She enjoys family outings at some of their favorite spots, including the Aquarium, Sea World, Wild Animal Park, and the Discovery Museum.

Dr. Lanny Dinh, DO, FAAD


  • Dermatology Residency at Lehigh Valley Hospital/Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine  in Allentown, PA

  • Western University Health Sciences Medical school (D.O. and internship)

  • Magna Cum Laude graduate of University of Delaware

  • Research experience at Yale University school of Public Health and Lehigh Valley Hospital/Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine

Dr. Dinh completed her Dermatology residency at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Pennsylvania and served as chief resident. She is trained in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. In addition, she has authored several papers and has presented at the American Academy of Dermatology, Pennsylvania Academy of Dermatology, Philadelphia Dermatological Society, and the American College of Osteopathic Dermatology.  While in medical school and residency, she volunteered abroad in Honduras and Vietnam to provide free medical services to those in need. Locally,  she enjoys participating  in free melanoma and skin cancer screenings and teaching the public about the importance of sun protection.    


Dr. Dinh enjoys traveling, volunteering in her community, and spending time with her husband.  She is excited to join Mission Dermatology and looks forward to treating her patients like family!

Mark Gaon, M.D., FAACS


Dr. Gaon is a board certified plastic surgeon who works closely with us for reconstruction after mohs surgery for facial skin cancers.  He also has had outstanding results in working with us on challenging birthmarks in small children.

Martha R. Galli, PA-C


  • Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Marietta College

  • Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Ohio University


Martha is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is licensed through the Physician Assistant Board of the Medical Board of California.  She is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.


Martha realized her passion for dermatology before she was even accepted into physician assistant (PA) school.  She is proud to be a part of the PA profession and enjoys seeing adult and pediatric patients.  Martha treats a variety of medical conditions, performs skin exams and biopsies, and assists in surgeries.  After having acne for many years herself, she takes pleasure in treating patients going though a similar struggle.


Outside of being a PA, Martha enjoys spending time with her husband and dog along with visiting her hometown in Ohio.
